Pangs Group has several functional departments including Financial Management Department, Administrative and Human Resources Department, Purchasing Department, Documentation Department, and Risk Control Management Department. Pangs Group has five operation centers: Ningbo, Chongqing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Nanjing; and one Russian office; with over 100 employees.

Pangs Group focuses on the export of pharmaceutical raw materials, food and feed additives, plant extracts, pesticides, industrial chemicals and other fine chemicals originating in China. Customer covers more than 100 countries and regions such as South Africa, Egypt, Sri Lanka, UAE, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Russia, Argentina, Spain, Colombia, Poland, etc. Annual export sales are close to $200 million.
